Because we have developed an electronic filing system, completed applications and documentation can be submitted quickly and easily. Once the information is reviewed and verified and sponsorship payment is received, we can process the DS 2019 forms and provide all necessary information for the J-1 visa application within days, not weeks. At the same time, you will know immediately if there are errors or additional information still needed so that you have the opportunity to submit the necessary information in a timely fashion.

ACES works with employers in a variety of businesses and in a variety of areas.
Applicants from the southern hemisphere wanting to take part in the summer work travel program have choices in their employment and location. Many employers assist with housing locations and arrangements. Details vary with individual job offers.
In the summer, ACES works primarily with US summer camps which provides the safety and security of knowing room and board are included. Most of these camp locations have medical staff on hand as well, further enhancing the safety for Participants. Our close relationship with many elite US summer camp operations means that Participants in these programs work with highly skilled Camp Directors. We offer opportunities for interested candidates to work in a variety of camp counselor and camp support staff roles.
