Participant

Now that you have secured employment you are on your way to enjoying a great US experience and we are here to help.

As part of your sponsorship, ACES is here to assist you throughout your program. Please read carefully through the folllowing information. This page is designed to provide useful tips and to make accessing information during your program as easy as possible.

Travel. It is important that before you leave home that you ensure you are carrying on your person all of your visa documents including: Passport, DS2019, Employment Agreement(if applicable), and sponsorship contact information. Do not pack this documentation in checked bags.

Check In and Validation. Every Participant MUST check in with ACES within 5 days of arriving in the US. We suggest that you do this immediately upon arrival so you don't forget. This is done via our website, simply click the check in tab to the left or email info@dealwithaces.com. If you do not check in, you will be unable to obtain a US social security number and your visa could ultimately be cancelled ending your program.

Medical Insurance. During your stay in the US you will be covered by ACES medical policy. Complete details on the policy will be given to you prior to departure from you home country and should be carried with you during the duration of your program. Should you lose your medical insurance policy information, you can login to the provider to print a new one.

Change of Circumstances. If, for any reason during your program, you have an emergency, leave your employment, or have any serious difficulties relating to your program, it is important that you contact ACES immediately.

We are confident that you will enjoy the cultural exchange opportunity.
